Dress Cast on 98 st on 3mm needles. Did 3 repeats of the lace pattern on 3mm needles , changed to 2.75mm and did one lace repeat . Did a CDD on next row, every second time you would do it in the lace pattern. This reduces the stitch count to 82 . Knit to waist. I did the sleeveless dress pattern which looks neater under the bolero.

Long dress
Cast on 98 st and did 8row picot hem. After about 6 rows of stst I knit 23st and one CDD, continue to last 26 st and CDD again, knit to end. I repeated this on every second k row until 74 st remained. Waist decreases on right side at top of tights level, then k,k ,p,p to form a chanel for the diamanté trim.
