Cast on 90 st.
The bobbles were added after finishing the dress, with a crochet hook. I followed a video I found on Pinterest. I made one every 10th st, and since that seemed too sparce, I added a pink one in each gap., so that a bobble every 5th st. The bobbles were placed 6 rows up from the garter hem.
