I bought this yarn a while ago and really wanted to knit the Beppu top but my hands already hurt by thinking of knitting a whole top on 3mm. Long story short, I invested in a second hand knitting machine (LK150), this is my first machine project :)

Smallest stitch dial gave a nice drape, gauge 28 x 35 rows
Aiming for 100cm wide so 280 st / 2 = 140

• cast on 140 each side
• (4 cm) double folded hem cast-on
• side seams mattress stitch by hand
• shoulder seams on the outside

The semi-transparent look & crispy dry feel of the linen is super. I learnt a whole new skill making this, and I’m very excited by all the new possibilities with the machine:)
