Turned this into a sweater by incorporating the lace into the front

Front:

• Cast-on 36 sts
• After seed stitch hem, increase 4 sts as follows: purl 1, m1, p3, m1, p2 (8 sts); 24 sts for lace panel; p2, m1, p3, m1, p1 (8 sts)

Add Sleeves: When piece measures 6”, cast-on for sleeves

Neck Opening:
* When piece measures 8”, begin working panel with 5 rows of seed stitch.
On row 6, cast-off center 16 with the miraculously elastic bind-off to keep the neckline loose and keep working both sleeves until they measures 4”
* At the end of 4”, cast-on 16 sts for neck-edge, and work 5 rows of seed stitch

Back:

• Increase one st in the middle of the back on next row and work until sleeves are a total of 8” and bind-off on the beginning of the next 2 rows.
• Work until back measures 5.25” (37) rows and decrease 5 sts evenly across
• Begin seed stitch hem
