This is a beautifully designed and charted pattern. Unfortunately, I’d nearly completed 1 pattern repeat when I realized something wasn’t quite right. Oopsie! So ripped it all out and started fresh.

Second time around, I knit in complete silence--no TV or music--paying close attention to the pattern. Success!

The photo is very poor quality and doesn’t begin to do it justice. When I finish a few more repeats I’ll get someone with a good camera to take a decent picture.

I am SO loving this pattern! By the third repeat, had that “ah ha!” lightbulb moment when the magic of the math became obvious, and the knitting became easy-breezy!

Starting repeat six, and no longer knit in silence, and I only have to look at the pattern at the beginning of a row, sometimes not even then.

LOVING this pattern!!

Finished! Just need to block and get some decent pictures. Looking forward to Carolyn’s party in May so I can give it to her & get pictures of her modeling it!
