Notes

pattern uses light fingering weight, 330 yds contrasting color, 660 main color. Recipe section says: “You will need about 1/4th the amount of main color in your contrasting color. (So, if you have 600 yards of MC, you will need about 150 yards of CC.)” So looks like it doesn’t use anywhere near a whole hank for contrast.

terrible time picking out color. I have too many darks and not enough contrasting colors to pick from!

Going with the very dark green and light brown, or maybe the orange. Not sure yet. It’s going to be a long and narrow wrap.

Restarted with 26 chains for 25 stitches in each long row, and five crossed double crochets in the short rows to account for using lace rather than the light fingering called for. I think I’ll have plenty of yarn to make it long enough.

Doing the edging now - went with the Latte Heather, it looks really nice with the dark, dark green. The orange was just too much.

Came out pretty enough (not my favorite colors but need to use up some of this stash!) but really needs blocking.
