CO 100. So far following the pattern without adding beads, increasing at the same rate.
Gratitude Section after round 15, I have 148 stitches. Fits perfectly so far.
Gratified Section On row 3 increase evenly around q 20 stitches (8) to 156.

I have adjusted all the measurements for this yarn & gauge.

On row 4 follow pattern (K4, YO) to 194 stitches
Row 9 increase every 48 stitches by 1(4) to 198
Common Ground Section, add 2 stitches to total 200.
Feather & Fan or Old Shale is the lace patterm. I omitted beads on this garment. Happy with it. Easy to knit and good instructions.
