Notes

My first warp on my new Megado 90 “Maeve” and I beamed 7.5 yards for 6 towels. Some initial challenges as I tweaked parts and such but I did get 6 full towels and some small samples.

These are done in softer greyed pastel colours. I added double ends of the pale yellow to the warp and not sure if it did anything. I wove one towel plaid style using the pale yellow and it seems to be my favourite as the yellow perks everything else up.

There is a repeating line through the weft picks every full pattern repeat and I checked everything, Draft in computer, the threading, watched for shafts floating. But everything is okay and it also repeats on the back side too so a ‘design feature’ wink

Hand sewn hems and towels are fully reversible.
They measure 21.5 inches by 29.5- 31 inches (They were 25 inches in the reed and woven to 37 inches)
