This is the second scarf off a gradated tencel warp. Companion to Abalone Shimmer

An 8 shaft twill progression helps break up the colour changes so its more subtle. I used a fine 30/2 from my stash that was dyed by Treenway : Velvet Opera ‘. It seemed to work well with the blues and the teal greens nicely. The resulting scarf is complex but very soft and lightweight.

Photographed on a fall day where it was foggy but trying to brighten up.
