Finally joined in the round!

Picked up both sleeves. Planning to work a bit on sleeves and body at same time, since I am running out of the Blue Navy and plan to do a little color blocking with the Dark Grey.

Frogged the bit I had on one sleeve bc it looked funny :(

Knit up the collar, picked up like 71-ish stitches instead of the written 74. Looks great tho!

Finished one sleeve. Only did 6 decreases and then the 4 rows of rib and 4 of stockinette before casting off. Glad I was trying this on as I went

Cast off last night and realized that the body was much too big and flares out. I have a short torso, and I typically crop my sweaters to fit, however I don’t think this pattern lends itself well to being cropped. I hate the look, it looks like I’m wearing a poncho. Going to frog back to under the arms and add decreases every 4 rounds to taper the body.

Added elastic to the bottom to bring in the wide bell shape. It’s much better (wearable) but not ideal, I may still frog it later. For now though, I’m calling it finished.
