Added a little outline in a contrasting color to highlight the heart.

Mods: Cast on 17, slip first st with yarn in front on all rows. Work 2 rows plain before starting row 1. At end of pattern, knit 3 more rows, cast off on RS row.
Highlight heart with a running strand of yarn on both sides of the square. Threaded through purl bump at base of each knit column, up the side, then through the purl bump at the top of each knit column, and back down the other side; feed through to reverse side, and repeat.

Make tassel from several colors of yarn. This is everything to me! I love the color mixing.

On a couple of these, I worked an eyelet into the first row: k6, k2tog, yo, k7. This made it really easy to feed the tassel yarn through with my finger.

I’m also liking binding off on a RS row - knitting just a bit further.
Slipping the first stitch with yarn in front is giving me a nice edge. As recommended in prayer square 2.0, I tried a crocheted cast on for the orange one, which matches the slipped stitch and cast off edges really nicely, though identifying the RS took me a moment.
