Some years ago I saw a lovely pattern sampler in the Estonian National Museum, ERM A115

I charted the pattern, knitted the sampler in red and white and use the pattern from time to time, as they are timeless and beautiful

I had only few time for participating in the KAL as I had to deal with some health problems (not only mine, my husband as well) and I had to prepare and run a workshop

So these short cuffs came handy!

Ich wollte trotz krankheitsbedingtem Zeitmangel an dem KAL im Forum “Knit like a Latvian!” teilnehmen, und so habe ich diese kleinen Stulpen gestrickt.
Das Garn ist aus Lettland, das Muster stammt von einem Sampler aus dem estnischen Nationalmuseum, den ichn studiert, ge“charted” und auch komplett nachgestrickt habe…
