The 21mm eyes I chose as an alternate. I think I'll go with these. My Moon Sprite is being crocheted with handspun, so maybe she is a bit smaller than the pattern intended?

I'm pretty certain this is the most difficult thing I have ever crocheted. In part it is because I am unaccustomed to the unusual pattern writing style, and also because those fingers are worked in very tight rounds and doing several unusual things at once. Knuckles!

This glowing yellow-green Targhee was practically begging to be made into a Moon Sprite. One braid wouldn’t have been enough, so I contacted the dyer and was able to buy two more. Three will actually be more than I need, but is the easiest way to get a lovely 3 ply of approximately worsted weight.
