Knit pattern as written except:

1) I knit the sleeves before the body

2) Sleeve and hem ribbing is 1x1 instead of 2x2 because I didn’t read when I was working the sleeves, and then it seemed most logical to match the lower hem to the neckline and sleeves.

3) I added four pairs of short rows just before the hem ribbing to drop the back of the sweater slightly. I knit to nine stitches past the center back stitch, used the Japanese short row technique, then purled to nine stitches beyond the center back, then worked back to the gap, closed it, and knit eight more stitches, etc. I stopped when I had eight stitches remaining between the last gap and the BOR and side markers.

4) I bound off with a size 7 needle.

Berroco Ultra Wool Fine and Aerial were held together throughout for the main fabric; I used Tiramisu for the contrast stripes.
