Notes

I’m knitting these cuff down (top down), on magic loop. Also using a sport weight yarn as I notice the original yarn used in pattern, is heavy weight fingering/sport.

Cast on 64 sts on 2.25mm needles. 15 rows K2, P2 ribbing, starting with the K2, which means the cables will line up nicely with the ribbing. I’m reading the chart from the top to bottom.

Finished the leg on row 38 of the cable pattern, so when I resume knitting in the round, after the heel flap, I’ll be on a non cable row.

Did standard heel flap, turn etc, picked up 16 sts each side, and resumed cable pattern on row 39.

94 rows to start of toe shaping.

Did rounded toe as follows:

Round 1 (dec round): k1, ssk , knit to 3 sts before end of needle one, k2tog, k1. Repeat for needle two,
(4 sts dec’d).
Knit 3 rounds.
Repeat dec round. Knit 2 rounds.
Repeat dec round. Knit 2 rounds.
Repeat dec round. Knit 1 round.
Repeat dec round. Knit 1 round.
Repeat dec round. Knit 1 round.
Repeat dec round until 8 sts each side remain, kitchener close.

Used 75g.
