→ Je suis une personne très anxieuse et stressée au quotidien, alors j’ai voulu essayer de me crocheter une petite boule anti-stress.

→ En Février 2017, j’avais crocheté, au crochet tunisien, des portes-clés berlingots d’après un modèle du livre “Crochet Tunisien : Volume 2, Points Fantaisie” de Cendrine Armani aux Éditions Didier Carpentier, aux pages 42-43. Je me suis souvenue que j’étais fascinée par cette forme originale et que j’avais passé quelques temps à la manipuler. La forme de la boule anti-stress était donc toute trouvée ! Cette fois, j’ai bien utilisé le point tunisien simple (PTS).

→ Comme il n’y avait que peu de mailles, j’ai utilisé un crochet simple.

→ Malheureusement, ce berlingot ne remplit pas sa fonction de boule anti-stress. Peut-être que j’aurais dû le faire plus grand et le lester avec des billes… De plus, la rigidité du coton mercerisé ne le rend pas agréable à manipuler.

→ I’m a very anxious and stressed person, so I wanted to try my hand at crocheting a little stress ball.

→ In February 2017, I crocheted berlingot keyrings using tunisian crochet, based on a pattern from the book “Crochet Tunisien : Volume 2, Points Fantaisie” by Cendrine Armani from Didier Carpentier Editions, on pages 42-43. I remembered that I was fascinated by this original shape and had spent some time manipulating it. So the shape of the anti-stress ball was obvious ! This time, I used the tunisian simple stitch (TSS).

→ As there were only a few stitches, I used a regular crochet hook.

→ Unfortunately, this berlingot doesn’t fulfill its function as a stress ball. Maybe I should have made it bigger and filled it with stuffing beads… Also, the stiffness of the mercerized cotton doesn’t make it pleasant to handle.
