→ Le fil Sophia de Sofil est un fil ondulé composé de 75% d’acrylique et de 25% de laine peignée.

→ J’ai utilisé, pour la première fois, les crochets tunisiens cablés en bambou vendus en kit à petit prix sur Amazon et ils sont très bien pour débuter sans dépenser trop d’argent.

→ J’ai réalisé le “Large pumpkin - Single color”. Les explications sont très claires et accompagnées d’une vidéo nécessaire pour les coutures. De plus, la construction de la citrouille est ingénieuse et très agréable à réaliser !

→ Pour la queue, j’ai remplacé la brindille par une petite cordelette en point Roumain. Je l’ai faite avec de l’acrylique marron de grosseur 4mm et un crochet 5,5mm puis je l’ai simplement cousue.

→ La citrouille mesure environ 10cm de diamètre et 8cm de haut (avec la queue).

→ Sofil’s Sophia thread is a wavy yarn composed of 75% acrylic and 25% worsted wool.

→ I used, for the first time, the bamboo tunisian crochet hooks with cable sold in low-cost kit on Amazon, and they’re great for getting started without spending too much money.

→ I made the “Large pumpkin - Single color”. The explanations are very clear and accompanied by a video which is necessary for the seams. Moreover, the construction of the pumpkin is ingenious and very pleasant to make !

→ For the stem, I replaced the twig with a small cord in Romanian stitch. I made it with 4mm thick brown acrylic and a 5,5mm (I) crochet hook, then simply sewed it on.

→ The pumpkin is about 10cm (3.9”) in diameter and 8cm (3.1”) high (with stem).
