Knitting this in a heavier yarn than pattern is written for. I like my swatch gauge, so I did the math and am using the 2T stitch counts and 4T lengths, which will give me a finished sweater with overall 4T measurements.

Holding the speckled yarn double for the contrast stripes. Fabric is slightly denser, but gives the same gauge.

Body: Cast on 2 at each underarm. 7 stripes after the break.

Arms: Pick up 4 in each underarm. Decrease 2 each in stripes 1, 2, 4, 7 (second row of stripe). After last stripe, work 16 rows, decreasing 2 in 16th row. Change to garter stitch. Work 2 ridges in MC, work 1 ridge in CC, work 4 rows in MC, bind off in purl.
