I needed something plain to knit, and this Koigu from my stash is perfect. I have just under two skeins (I used about 7g of one for swatching something else and now can’t find the swatch).

Cast-on 68 stitches. Knit 1 inch in 1x1 rib. Knit in St st until leg measures 6 inches. Knit slip-stitch heel flap for36 rows (18 purl ridges). Turn heel: Sl1, K19, ssk, k1, turn; sl1, p7, p2tog, p1, turn; etc.

Well, the yarn ran out just before the toe of my second sock, so I used some leftover Koigu (colourway forgotten) to finish up. It doesn’t really match, but I don’t really mind, since these socks don’t really match anyway.
