Got different gauge so knit 36 size for my 42.

Modifications:

1. Three vintage buttons added. Buttons were made in 1965.
2. 2 slipped stitches at the edge of button band.
3. Bust darts and shoulder darts added.
4. Higher back neck and longer raglan lines at the back. 6 rows total (3 short rows).
5. I-cord bind off at the hem and cuffs.
