Just wanted small tiny pop of color jacket. Inspired by Christian Dior A/W 2011-2012 design (see the last picture) made that jacket in a few days.
Used some knitting techniques: i-cord for edges and buttonholes (10th, 12th picture), short rows for back neck and puffed sleeves (6th, 7th picture), rounded corners (1st picture). Made decorative pockets (9th picture), faux seams in the front and back waist shaping (11th picture). Used two different sizes of buttons (7th, 11th picture).
It was a little bit of a challenge to make structured garment without any pattern or description, but, (ha-ha) everything happened (I hope not so bad). :)
