12/07/11 — Left front piece is finished. (I used the one-row buttonhole technique over three stitches to make 5 buttonholes.) All that’s left is the sleeves & collar! I’ll try to get those done by next weekend so I can finish this sweater already.

11/25/11 — Finished the right front piece. It’s going relatively quickly.

11/23/11 — Whoa. It’s been way too long since I’ve worked on this project >_< I’m finished with the back and about halfway through the right front piece. I gotta kick it up a notch to have it ready for the boyfriend soon!

07/04/11 — I spent this Independence Day indoors, knitting my heart out. The back piece is now 17.5” -- just another 2.5” before I start shaping the armholes. Whoo! (And, yes, that is a photo of the WIP on my cat. Dixon looooves this yarn. It must smell like sheep or something.)

07/03/11 — Swatched using US 11 needles. I’ll be going up to the XL/XXL size (42-44” chest) to accommodate for the smaller gauge. Hope it works out!
