08/30/11 — …I ended up giving the sweater to the mama and asking her if she’d mind sewing on the buttons >_< It’s a family project this way! But she loved the sweater so she was happy to contribute. I asked for photos of her son wearing it (’cause I’m selfish) so I’ll put those up whenever I receive the pics.

08/28/11 — Finished knitting! Wove in all ends. Blocking now. Once the buttons are affixed, I will give it to its intended recipient and hope the li’l monkeyman likes his oversized-grow-into-it sweater ;)

08/20/11 — Of course, I run out of yarn as I’m finishing up the second sleeve. So I just ordered a ball of the yarn from JimmyBeansWool, along with 4 buttons. This sweater needs to be done already!

06/17/11 — I only have one sleeve left to go! Well, that and re-doing the body BO. I did a regular BO but I think I’ll do the surprisingly stretchy bind off instead to make this sweater easy to put on (and take off) a squirmy child.

06/16/11 — This sweater is wayyyyyy overdue! I promised my coworker sweaters for her kids for the Christmas 2010 season. Well, it’s now June 2011. I finally have time to work on these gifts so they’re being knit now :P Better late than never, right?
