12/21/10 — I was hoping to be finished earlier… but there you have it. I steam blocked it over a bowl because the decreases made it slightly pointy. (Photo is of me at 7 AM on 12/22/10. Not a pretty sight.)

12/19/10 — Worked two decrease rounds over 8 rounds. Slow going >_<

12/18/10 — Joined the second color! It’s my first time working with color. (Other than stripes, I mean.) Quite exciting. The effect wasn’t coming out as well as I’d liked at first but I think it’s getting there. With the two strands of yarn working together, the fabric is super thick! Very cushy. I hope RF likes it. (The holiday party is in 4 days. I have no time to worry about anyone liking their gifts!)

12/17/10 — Cast on for the medium size but went up a needle size. Knit in 1×1 rib for slightly more than 1.25 inches.
