I used the German Twisted Cast On.

I used the decrease bind off from Semplice Fingerless Mitts.

My row gauge was larger than last time when I knit these mitts for Simone, so these mitts are 6.5” long instead of 6” long.

There is an error in the instructions for the thumb. The “next 5 rounds” instructions should read: k1, (p1, k2) x3, p1, k1.

-Cast on 32 sts
-Work until mitt measures 2.75” long (17 rnds)
-Work thumb gusset (10 rnds/1.5”)
-Work even for 2.5” (15 rnds)
