Test knit for Presents.

This is a perfect project for left over scraps! Less than 100 yds.

Seriously…these are the easiest, quickest things I’ve ever knit. It took about 2 hours from cast on of the first gauntlet to the bind off of the second. It’s probably going to take me more time to pick out ribbon and lace these up.

Green pair (Mariposa) - knit as written, 24 slipped stitch rows
Pink pair - cast on 43 sts, 26 slipped stitch rows

10/16/10 - After much deliberation and lacing, I decided I liked the seamless look best. Though the seam looks bulky, it’s not uncomfortable and not noticeable while on. I seamed with the ribbon and 1 yard per gauntlet was plenty for both seaming and bow. If you decide to lace, I found that 1.5 yards would be needed for an adequate bow at the end.

10/15/10 - knitting done…now to find ribbon.
