Just a quick note: the join from flat to knitting in the round is genius! The best transition in a pattern I’ve ever done!

04/27/2012 - So stinkin’ cute! Love this pattern. I would have been done sooner but I had alternate skeins since the dye lots were so different. And as a result the decreases came out a little wonky from changing yarns and decreasing at the same time. What was I thinking? Despite this, I think this yarn and pattern were a perfect match for each other! Blocking now.

04/26/2012 - Oh this sweater makes me lament at the thought of not having anymore children. It’s so darn cute. I wish I was knitting when my twins were born. It would have been adorable to have seen them in this. Alas, I must live vicariously through all those younger moms who can still have children. And let their little ones be cute in it, instead. Ha! But this pattern wasn’t published when my guys were born. That makes me feel a little better. But…I digress.

I’m about 2” from the cuff on the first sleeve. As overwhelming as the number charts may appear at first glance, it really is a quick knit!
