Test knitting this for Tori.

This is a great sweater! My first time working a set in sleeve. It fits really well. Gives a nice shoulder cap keeping the sweater on my shoulders even when it’s open. I ended up with 10 buttons. I’m guessing because of the number of stitches I picked up for the button band. One of my favorite things about this sweater are the sleeves! So many times my sleeves are not long enough or too tight. This is neither. I love the length and the circumference is one of the best fits I’ve ever gotten.

I did a vinegar soak, rinsed, and then soaked in Euclan. Because I was worried about the sweater growing after the wet block, I swirled and rinsed vigorously hoping it would felt only slightly. It worked out perfectly! Even the floats slightly felted to the inside of the sweater! It’s a perfect fit!

04/06/13 - All done! It’s soaking now. I love it!!!! I got buttons today so as soon as it’s dry I can sew ‘em on and start wearing!!!
