Cast on 56 for small

Finished the back and front. Used a stretchy bind off.

1. Knit two stitches. Push the left needle into the two stitches through the front.
2. Then knit the two stitches together.
3. Now there’s one stitch on the right needle. Knit another stitch so you’ve got two stitches.
4. Knit those two stitches together through the front.

Continue in this manner until you have one stitch left. Cut the yarn loose leaving a 5-10 inch tail.

A bit weird to knit the back and the front pieces as a continuous piece, instead of seeming together at the shoulders.

After picking up 20 stitches on each side of body and knitting the arm, it looked terrible. The arm hole was too small and the stockingette was totally wonky. Rip out and picked up 20 stitches over 40 stitches on each site. Looks much better.

Knit the collar band. It was not stretchy and looked terrible. Removed it.

Needed to add about 4 inches to the bottom edge as the jacket was too short. Picked up stitches along bottom and knit garter stitch for about 4 inches.
