I saw this really exciting yarn at my LYS, Apple Yarns in Bellingham WA, and immediately thought jester hat. Why? Made of recycled viscose, it’s colorful and ragged, not dissimilar to recycle sari yarn. So, I played around with it, knowing I wanted to incorporate bobbles and tassles (but not TOO much) and this was the end result. The row of faggoting allows for two balls created at the bind-off edge to fasten the scarf together. Lurve it!
