I don’t mind the scarf not being symmetrical so I didn’t bother doing the two sides in the same direction and grafting; I just knit straight through. The knitting went fast enough, pleasant pattern and as ever, pleasant slippery bamboo. It then took ages before I blocked the scarf then sent it over to the US to the recipient. She loves it: mission accomplished!
