Getting pattern gauge (after blocking) with suggested US 5s, which is odd for me and my loose knitting.
Will use US 3s for ribbing.
Going to knit a Size 2, hoping for approximately 8-10” positive ease, and planning to add length to the body.

Added 3” to body (pre blocking), for a total length of 10” (again, pre-blocking, or 17 ridges/pattern repeats) since I want it to be less cropped and I have a long torso.

Tubular BO looks messy -- I might block it and see if it improves, or I may rip back and knit the row prior to rearranging my stitches with a needle 1-2 sizes smaller.
(update -- going down to a US 2 for the row prior to the stitch rearrangement and all the tubular BO rows did the trick. SO much neater!) -- I did use the US 3 for all the ribbing leading up to that last row before the tubular setup rows, etc.

Working on the sleeves -- picked up recommended number of stitches foe the second size with a US 7 (used 40” cord for picking up, and switched to a 12” cable, still US 7 for the entire sleeve up to the cuff). My small circumference knitting, especially for sleeves, is always tighter, so trying to accommodate that.
