My inspiration was taken from these paterns: Baby Snuggle Wrap and Super Easy Baby Blanket.

I had in mind that the wrapping including the hood ist just good for newborns. When the baby grows you can take off the hood and voilá - you have a regular baby blanket.

I am so pleased with the results!
