I’m a size L but will make a size M since older Norwegian patterns tend to be generous in size (The ones from the 80’s and 90’s).

The beautiful light aqua colour used for this pattern is unfortunately discontinued so had to find another alternative.

Started with sleeves to double as a swatch.
Ended up changing from 3,5mm needles to 4mm to get correct gauge.
The sleeve were a bit wide at the wrist, so restarted with stitch count from size XS - 48 stitches. Didn’t want the sleeves too wide so ended up keeping the stitch count for size XS (ending with 80 st) but knitting the length for the M size (45 cm)

For the green edge: Did the “k2tog - yo” round and then two more rounds in green with stockinette before changing to white.

To make stitch count add up when joining:
Sleeves size XS at 80 st and body size M at 224 st.
Instead of casting off 12 st on both sleeves and sides of body, I cast off 8 st each place = 352 st = correct stitch count for size M.

Did Jeni’s surprisingly stretchy bind off for the neck before folding it double and sewing.

Yay! It’s done! Knitted it a bit longer than the original, just like I wanted it.
