Nice pattern but knitted it in the round with magic loop instead.

When knitting in the round, cast on 3 less stitches at the back when starting the main section as they are only edge stitches;
Cast on 2 less stitches at the first cast on section, and one less at the end/final cast on section. That way the start of the round will be centered.

The lace pattern is easy to memorise. Already planning another one :-)
