I hadn’t planned to knit a set of fingerless gloves for Ulrike, but this pattern was on the same page as the requested Zelda and it looked like the perfect match to the cloche. And she can wear them on her trip to Canada.

I used the I’m so Blue as the main color, Tern as color C, and the Silver Fox as color B. I really like the color combination. Make sure to knit to use a jogless stripe method to avoid jogs at the color joins (The stripes are only to 2 rounds wide, so the jogs would be really noticeable). The version described in the pattern is the same as Techknitter’s jogless stripe version, and that worked out really well.

As always, don’t knit the colorwork part too tight (I found this to be super helpful). The gloves fit nicely, but after lightly steamblocking they relaxed a bit and fit even better. Plus it’s lovely and soft. I kind of didn’t want to part with these gloves.
