No overall pattern, but:

• round toe
• pattern on the top of the foot with 2-stitch wide columns of garter-stockinette-garter-stockinette-garter
• flap heel from Toe Up Socks With A Difference (free pattern)
• 2x2 ribbing at the top

Knit as tall as it took to use all my yarn. I don’t love two-at-a-time, especially around heels, so I knit the foot of each first then switched to two-at-a-time just for the ribbing.
