Gauge is slightly large: 17 sts & 24 rows = 4” rather than 19 sts & 26 rows = 4” as pattern calls for.

This sweater was a celebration of my visit to Kyoto, Japan. I was so excited to visit WALNUT Kyoto and knit a pattern from Amirisu issue 25. I ended up being 1 skein short so this sweater sat with my WIPs until 2025 when I walked into Close Knit in Portland, OR to see not only the same yarn + color, but the same dye lot (!!!) as the yarn I’d purchased 3 years prior.
