Going to knit this when my husband isn’t home for his Christmas present. He had one of these a couple years ago and loved it but it has since disappeared..

I hope I have enough yarn. This was off the cone in my stash and I can’t remember if all 290 metres were unused. It is soo soft (as you would expect) but not too fluffy like most cashmere Yarns.. Should be excellent for cables and warm for winter!

Brim finished and 10 rounds of body. I’m knitting the slouchy version.

First repeat finished. Hopefully I can knit 10 rounds a day while my husband is at work

Second repeat done! One more.. Husbands shift changed this week so I’ve had less alone time at night to work on this.

All done! Just have to wait for the weekend to be over to block it so I can keep my husband from seeing it!

Oooo yes it is nice! I had prewashed this yarn, but apparently not very thoroughly because when I soaked it this time a ton of green dye seeped out. The first soak I used hot water and dawn soap, the second soak was warm water and some white vinegar and there was no dye in the water.
