Found lion brand yarn at the dollar store! Making a bulky version for winter. Started with a us 8 and cast on 54 STS.. slightly too big for my 2 year old, tried 50 and it was an exact fit.. so I switched to a size 9 needle after two rows to make it slightly longer so it will fit her in the winter.

Done.. should have kept the larger size, will knit another for winter
