  • Washed & spun 20 seconds. Didn’t want to aggravate surface by towel-wrapping and stomping.
  • Spread out on blocking boards, but did not thread wires or pin because this is for my mom who is smol, so the shawl doesn’t need to be as big as it could be.
  • Also wanted to preserve some squish, which hard blocking tends to diminish.
  • The edges were stretched against yardsticks for straight lines.
  • WET: 93” (Increase selvage) x 72” (straight selvage) x 60” (BO edge)
  • DRY & FINAL: 87” (Increase selvage) x 66” (straight selvage) x 55” (BO edge)
