7/2/2012 My first project using my own yarn and needles. Trying it out myself using a pattern I liked. Learnt to yarn over and to drop yarn overs from videos on Youtube. Loving it so far!

7/20/2012 I am very happy with this project. Loved the colors in the variegated yarn I used. In the first few rows, I made a few mistakes and I had to go back and do some tinkering. Learnt how to correct missed knits by learning how to tinker. Once I learnt well how to drop stitches, it was really easy to complete the scarf.

I blocked the scarf and loved how the scarf literally stretches and the stitches even out beautifully.
