Ch 40.

Took forever to remember how to sew it closed properly so the stitches weren’t so obvious. Finally figured it out: go into the first stitch on top from front to back, come up in the second stitch. Go into the first stitch on bottom front to back, come up in the second stitch. Go into the second stitch on top from front to back, come up in the third stitch… etc, etc, etc. Creates little v’s that blend better than whipstitching or mattress stitch (since it fully hides the horizontal bars at the top of the stitch).
