Notes

Inspired by Macaron Socks and this fabulous colorway.

Half-and-half short row toes. I think I’ve finally gotten this toe down. Which is good because it fits my foot so perfectly, much better than the pointier regular short row toe. I mean, yeah, I could just do a normal half and half toe but I really don’t like the lines the increases make. I much prefer the seam of a short row toe. So this is the best of both worlds - short row seam and graduated slope to better cup my toes!

Two rounds of 1/1 off-set from each other and separated by two st st rounds.

I so love this colorway. Like, I’m desperately in love with it.

Things have been busy so I haven’t had as much time with these socks as I’d like, but I’m still enjoying them so much. Knitting with this yarn is just delightful - the pink just makes me so happy. These are joyful socks.

All done! I almost finished yesterday but went to bed at an appropriate time instead of finishing the seconds BO. These are delightful and fit so perfectly. Hopefully they won’t change too much after blocking!
