Call Me a Dog - Poodle Pullover

It’s so great to wear. Soft. Fits. Fun. Can’t believe I made it!

All finished - has a snug fit over chest, increased the length of the body. It is light as air and soft as a cloud. Very pleased.

Officially steamed. The sleeves are 3/4 length.

Woolfolk Flette Bulky - literally the softest, squishiest stuff. Woolfolk Tynd used for the body of the sweater is just as light and soft with a subtle halo. Really excellent to knit with.

The faux cables on the cuff were easy to accomplish, pattern repeat was also simple and easy to follow.

Faux cable detail - just LOVE it.

Details: there were Ktbls on each side of the body, a subtle gusset feature.

Body gusset detail.

Hemline Detail: a two row repeat with alternating slip stitches made the hem lay nice and flat before the I-cord bind off and is a very pretty little detail as well.

Started out with Addi Flexiflips for the cuff, but could not prevent a ladder at one end, switch to US 4 DPNs and far less fiddly, faster, easy to keep corners tight. These are Knitters Pride Cube style DPNs - love the cube.

I completed a sleeve before the body because I was so excited to poodle with this yarn combo.

Both sleeves complete. Working simultaneously on a Lopi sweater, they couldn’t be more opposite.

Woolfolk Tynd and its halo. Can't hardly have enough love for it. A superior fiber in ply, feel, workability, finishing, and texture.
