I attended a midnight neon walk in aid of Barnsley Hospice (a local charity) and the order of the day was “bright, neon dress”, so I made me some neon pink legwarmers!

The top and bottom are cabled (using a double crochet in the back loop) then trb, db repeated for the body - the result is nice and fitted to the ankle and below the knee, with a slouchy middle - perfect!

The pattern was simple to follow - although took me longer than I first anticipated. The legwarmers are a good size when finished - they would fit all the way up to my knees if I wanted but I preferred to wear them slouched - and are really comfy.

Glad I made my own rather than cheating and getting some from the shop - the joys of being a crafter! :-)
