I attempted the owl pouch - I think this will make a lovely gift for my niece so wanted to try it out before making the actual one I will give.

It turned out ok - I know where I want to amend, if you know what I mean. I think I will try using a slightly larger hook - maybe a 5.00mm instead, and possibly add a further line of each colour into the pattern as it did come up smaller than I anticipated.

Im going to try tailoring my colour choice more too.

Other than that - its a great pattern to follow - a nice little project that you can whip up quickly and easily.
