I like my first Upstairs shawl, but I’ve been unhappy with the length -- it’s not quite long enough to wrap around. Also, it’s not black ;-) So I decided to knit it again.

Cast on as per pattern, then knit 19-1/2 repeats (as opposed to 15-1/2 repeats on my first Upstairs).

I blocked it to 20” by 69” initially but then managed to move the wires out to 22” by 66”. (So glad that I finally broke down and bought a set of blocking wires!)
