Notes

I started this wreath for me, along with one for my friend Clare on the 28th of October. I have made separate projects for both wreaths so I can track my yarn usage in my stash section.

Please see my other wreath project for more extensive details and photos.

I first started making these wreaths together, making each stage twice but I started to run out of time so I put my wreath on hold so that I could finish Clare’s wreath and get it to her in time for Christmas. I made both crochet pieces for the wreath at the same time, as well as the bunting. I then started on the snowballs and had almost made 50, which I estimated I needed for both wreaths. It was then I realised I was short on time and had to finish the other wreath first. So this is when I stopped doing the stages together and focussed on getting hers finished before going back to mine.

Please note that because of this, although I started my wreath on the 28th of October 2014 that it has not taken me the length stated by the dates. I will however state how long I took to make this wreath at the end, as I have been timing my sessions. I hope this information helps you.

31st of December 2014 - I have now finished my wreath :-) and I have taken a few quick photos of it complete. I do plan to take some better photos on our camera in the next few days and show you it hanging up.

Photo Order; The newest photos are at the beginning and the oldest ones at the end. So my work in progress photos start at the bottom and go in order from there, which then leads to the finished photos at the top. Hope this makes :).

As I said at the beginning, please see my other wreath for more extensive details. I have only added an extra project with my wreath so I could track my yarn usage. Here is a direct link to the other wreath, which is the one I finished first.

Total time from start to finish is 37 hours and 17 minutes, according to my calculations. Please note this is all the sessions added together, I didn’t make this in one session!

Please bare in mind the time I took to make this wreath might vary slightly, as I timed myself making one of the wreaths only but I would say that generally it took me the same length of time as all the processes were the same. In fact I may have taken a bit longer for mine as I ended up needing some more snowballs at the end.
