A stunning lightweight shawl for all seasons. The Banana Leaf Shawl by Yuki Ueda is simply textured, featuring sections of stockinette and reverse stockinette.

Hand dyed in Canada, Lino is a luxurious blend of silk and linen. We love how the texture of the yarn adds to the textured stitches.

Our sample used one skein of Lino in ‘Italian Rose’. We knit the pattern as written and had enough yarn to complete all the repeat sections. Due to the size of the shawl and lightweight nature of the fabric, we recommend using blocking wires.
